Place the contents of one packet of Lean Body, Met RX, Myoplex, etc. into 8 oz. of water and 8 oz. of ice. Supplements and/or fruits can be added on customer's request. Thoroughly mix the above mentioned ingredients in a blender for 45 seconds to make a cold, creamy, delicious shake.
