Supreme Smoothie is the "BEST". I have been a personal trainer for over fifteen years and was never really fond of referring any of my clients to eat any other foods than the ones prepared at home. Three years ago I met Dominick and he agreed to help every single one of my clients with their nutrition. His food is fresh, low calorie low fat and most importantly "TASTE GOOD". Supreme Smoothie, I have enjoyed eating there for the last three years. I have never enjoyed eating food in a real healthy way like this before. Plus all your smoothies are outrageous. The owner has also helped me with diet questions. For the record he was a body builder and occasionally is a trainer. He's a great guy! Try all their wraps in a number of ways too. My favorite is their special brown rice and chicken wrap only served on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Even if you haven't tried eating healthy, you should try Supreme Smoothie.

This is not a tale of an overnight weight loss miracle or some push for a product this is how I lost 45 pounds in three and a half months. The most important thing about weight loss is all mental; you have to want to lose the weight before you can even shed one pound. The first change I decided to make was to change the way I ate, so I changed to healthy foods. I started eating at Supreme Smoothie, in Miami Lakes, FL. This is an example of some of the foods I would eat, egg white wraps, grilled chicken and brown rice wraps and turkey wraps (either for breakfast, lunch or dinner). They are very filling and great tasting. For in between snacks I would have meal replacement shakes and protein bars. The second change I adopted was to exercise regularly. The big secret to losing weight is eating right and exercise.

I started going to Supreme Smoothie in November 2003 and since then, I have lost 2 dress sizes, many inches and most importantly increased my self-esteem greatly.

My usual habit of fast food combos was catching up to me, and a health-wise co-worker suggested I try smoothies in the morning instead of my usual grease and coffee...As many may fear, I was under the assumption that I would not be full until lunch and the fad of smoothies was just that...BOY WAS I WRONG.

I took the plunge and went in for my first breakfast via cup. :) The first thing I would like to point out is that you will find no cleaner establishment anywhere in South Florida. The staff is very friendly and throughout my weight loss, they were supportive, encouraging and offered me many varieties to aid in my weight loss and keep me satisfied. I would like to include at no time in my life have I ever regularly taken vitamins, eaten all my fruits, etc., until I discovered this way to do it. Thank you Supreme SmoothieÆ.

Many times, I tell the owner, Dominick, that I have noticed HUGE changes in my life and my energy level, mental clarity, etc., since I changed my eating routine to that of a balanced, nutritious, and most importantly DELICIOUS meal every morning.

After several knee reconstructions, I still felt the need to stay active and in shape.
